Where do we ship to?

We currently ship in the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) and to part of Candad. Please call our Sales Departmen t at (888)752-5448for additional shipping information!

How much does it cost?

If the total sum of your order is over $99 than your order ships FREE via standard UPS Ground.Shipping. (Some restrictions may apply).

We offer Expedited 2nd Day and Next Day shipping available for additional cost. (Please contact our sales department for assistance).

How long does it take?

Our goal is to provide you with your product as quickly as possible and we intend to do everything in our power to ensure that. If we have the item you requested in stock, it can be shipped within 3 days. However, some of the items in our catalog might not be in stock and therefore we depend on the manufacturer's time schedule for availability and shipping estimates.

Warranty and Damages

 All lighting fixtures from Hometagexpress.com come with a 1-year warranty and are guaranteed against any shipping damages or defects. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 30 business days. If the box is visibly damaged upon arrival at your home you must note this on the bill of lading when you sign for the chandelier.

Return Policy

While we're positive you will love your new item, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less original delivery and return shipping and restocking fee.

 In order to expedite your return, please contact sales@hometagexpress.com  and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase. 

For all other item not qualified as “Risk Free Returns” the following policies apply:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse and the shipping charges that were part of any original "Free Shipping Offer".  Items returned are to be un-installed, in new condition, with no clipped wires or missing hardware and must be returned with all original documentation, parts and associated pieces.  Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return package must be insured for the full retail value of the item. Buyer is responsible for insuring proof of tracking and notifying us once shipment is complete. Please call in advance for a Return Authorization we cannot accept any returns that do not include this authorization.

Restocking Fees

 A restocking fee of 25%, plus round trip shipping from our warehouse will be collected on returns. We will gladly reduce any restocking fees for clients who purchase another item from the same vendor of equal or greater value.

Restocking fees will not be collected on the following risk free items: 

Livex Lighting, Elk Lighting, Cornerstone Lighitng, Sterling Industries, Dimond Lighting and Nuvo Lighting. 

Cancellation Policy

All order not already shipped can be canceled risk-free. Please contact us immediately at (844) 480-3133 or email us at sales@hometagexpress.com to cancel your order.  Any order cancelled prior to shipment of merchandise are subjected to Return Policy Procedures and applicable fees.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon confirmation of receipt. The product will be inspected and as long as it is in new condition, received in its original packaging, and sent to the correct warehouse, you will be issued the refund you are due, less any applicable fees or handling charges.

Damaged Items

In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter immediately. When items are shipped by UPS or FEDEX, we must contact them within two business days to ensure a quick, free of charge resolution. Upon inspecting the merchandise, please contact us by calling our phone number (844) 480-3133, noting what was damaged, so that we can assist you immediately, and expedite a new item right away.
